🗑️ Delete Your Account

Board Game Now allows you to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly from the app or by contacting us via email.

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open Board Game Now on your device.

Go to the Profile tab.

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to contact@yumy.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be permanently deleted:

Your profile information (display name, email)
All game session history and scores
Player profiles you created
Statistics and achievements
Subscription information
Friend connections
All preferences and settings

Data Retention

Upon account deletion, all your personal data is removed from our servers immediately. Some anonymized, aggregated data (such as general usage statistics) may be retained as it cannot be linked back to you. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before deleting your account to avoid further charges.
