Board Game Now ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Board Game Now mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our App.

• Audio: The App may use your device's speakers for timer sound effects and notifications. Audio is not recorded or transmitted.
• Push Notifications: With your permission, we may send push notifications related to game activity, friend requests, and app updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App
• Store your game history, scores, and statistics
• Enable multiplayer features and friend connections
• Manage your account and subscription
• Send push notifications (with your consent)

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers a premium subscription ("Board Game Now Premium") with the following plans:

• Monthly: Billed every month
• Quarterly: Billed every 3 months
• Semi-Annual: Billed every 6 months
• Yearly: Billed every 12 months

All payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Subscription prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency within the App before purchase.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.

You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways:

• In the App: Go to Profile → Delete Account

Upon account deletion, all your personal data, game history, scores, and statistics will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be communicated through the App.
