The App offers both free and premium (paid) features.
Basic score tracking, game history, limited statistics, and game timers are available for free.
Board Game Now Premium unlocks additional features including advanced statistics, unlimited game history, custom themes, premium avatars, and more. Premium is available through the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or handle any payment information. Prices are displayed in your local currency within the App before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes. Continued renewal after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (game data, photos, player names). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Board Game Now and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Board game names referenced in the App are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Board Game Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Board Game Now and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at the email address below. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Board Game Now regarding your use of the App.
